The Black Angels Announce 2011 North America Headlining Tour

and we say “Thank you.” No, really, we do. A little reverb here, a little tambourine shaking there. Good times, my friend.

Once again, that black-light, acid trip special we love and know as The Black Angels are about to hit the road, flexing their music muscles as headliners on the heels of their watershed 2010 release “Phosphene Dream”. As third albums go, “Phosphene Dream”- which took the band out of their Austin, TX comfort zone- produced a tighter and, oddly, brighter palette on The Black Angels’ psych-rock penchant for fuzz and drone. With an automatic (and possibly required by law) stop at the Austin Psych Fest in April-May, the tour kicks off in March in New Orleans, LA taking them across the US, a few dates above the border (Canada) and brings them home to Texas in May. Supporting slots will be filled by Suuns and Sleepy Sun .

Born in Texas on August 20, 1992, Demi Lovato is the daughter of Patrick Lovato and Dianna Lovato. She has an older sister named Dallas Lovato. In 1994, her father decided to move to New Mexico after his divorce from Dianna. A year later, her mother married Eddie DeLaGarza and Demi's new family expanded when her younger sister, Madison DeLaGarza, was born.

At the age of 10, Demi debuted her acting career when she played Angela in PBS' children television show "Barney and Friends". On the set of the TV show, she met Selena Gomez and the two became good friends. Over the next few years, she continued to pursue her love for acting and singing. Under the guidance of her mother, who is a former Dallas Cowboy Cheerleaders and country recording artist, she appeared in a number of productions and contests throughout the state of Texas.

Having to explore her singing talent deeper in "Camp Rock" and make a lasting impression with it, she then decided to jump deeper into music industry by touring solo on "Demi Live! Warm Up Tour". Following that solo gigs, Demi joined the Jonas boys in their 2008 Tour, entitled "Burning Up Tour".

In between her tight schedule, she took another project, once again signing a deal with Disney Channel. This time, it is for their next original movie entitled "Princess Protection Program". On top of that, the actress, who plays drum, guitar, and piano, was slated to star in her own TV series, "Welcome to Mollywood" where she will portray Molly, an aspiring actress who gets a role on a television show.

Before starring in "Mollywood" though, Demi entered the recording room and cooked new materials for her upcoming debut album, "Don't Forget", with the help from the three Jonas brothers. While waiting for the record's release date, her lead single, "Get Back", was dropped on August 12. It peaked at number 43 in Billboard Hot 200 chart and reached number 16 in Hot Digital Songs.

According to a Russian security firm, however, Nikon's Image Authentication Software would tell you otherwise. This rendering is one of a handful used to demonstrate a flaw in the camera maker's image verification system. Programs like Nikon's apply an encrypted signature to image files at the time they are captured, and overwrite those signatures when a file is altered, allowing for verification of a photograph's integrity. According to ElcomSoft, the firm exposed a flaw in the system used by Nikon, as well as a similar program employed by Canon's DSLRs, that allowed them to extract the signature key from a camera and apply it to phonies like the one above. Rollin' Justin robot plays catch, makes coffee, aims to replace your dad (video)
