Nicki Minaj: Nip Slip Didn't Hurt Her, Star Named Highest Paid Female in Hip Hop

Nicki Minaj and her nip slip on Good Morning America obviously didn't hurt her career as she's been named the only female on Forbes list of the top 20 highest paid stars in hip-hop. Just how much did she earn? A cool $6.5 in the last year alone. She's tied for 15th place on the list with rapper Swizz Beats.
Though she's relatively new to the hip hop scene - unlike other high earners Jay-Z and P. Diddy - Nicki Minaj has definitely made her mark on the industry. With movie deals on the horizon, she'll surely only expand her empire in the coming years. It wouldn't be surprising to see her steadily climb until she reaches the top if the list within a few years.
Topping the list was Jay-Z who brought in an estimated $35 million last year, followed by P. Diddy with $35 million and then Kanye West with a large drop in earnings to just about $16 million.
