Sarah Palin, the governor of Alaska and John McCain's vice presidential running mate, has been embroiled in a controversy -- dubbed ‘Troopergate' -- over the ouster of Alaska Public Safety Commissioner Walter Monegan.

Gov. Palin, her family and aides allegedly pressured Monegan to fire state trooper Mike Wooten, who went through a rancorous divorce and child-custody battle with Palin's younger sister in 2005. Monegan refused and was abruptly fired [1] on July 11.

Six days later, Andrew Halco, a former state representative who lost to Palin in the gubernatorial election, was the first to allege that Monegan was fired in retaliation [2] for refusing to fire Wooten. That same day, Palin called those allegations "outrageous [3]."

The next day, Monegan told the press that he was indeed pressured [4] by the Palin administration to fire Wooten, but he did not go so far as to say that it was the reason why he was fired. Monegan has since said that both Palin and her husband personally pushed the Wooten issue [5] with him.

Palin initially denied [3] that she or anyone on her staff pressured Monegan about Wooten, but she was forced to change her story after evidence emerged from an investigation by the attorney general that she requested [6] in early August.

On August 13, she held a press conference announcing that the investigation had uncovered a tape [7] (MP3) of one of her aides pressuring a state trooper [8] on Wooten. On the tape, a Palin aide asked the trooper, "Todd and Sarah are scratching their heads, 'Why on earth hasn't this, why is this guy still representing the department?'" Palin also admitted [8] that members of her staff had contacted public safety officials two dozen times about the issue, but she maintains that many of these inquiries were entirely appropriate and denied all involvement. She said Monegan was fired because he wasn't doing enough to fill state trooper vacancies and control alcohol abuse. She later said that Monegan was insubordinate [9].

A bipartisan panel in Alaska's legislature voted to hire an independent investigator [10], Steve Branchflower, to probe the matter on July 28. He faced an onslaught of opposition [11] from the McCain and Palin camps but finally released his report [12] (PDF) on October 10. It concluded that Palin was within her rights to fire Monegan but had indeed abused her power [13] by pressuring him on Wooten.

The Alaska Personnel Board is also investigating Troopergate, and has even widened its scope to include other ethics complaints [14] against Palin. Palin had asked [15] the Personnel Board to investigate the matter in September and refused to cooperate [16] with Branchflower's probe, which her lawyers said had become politicized.

Is it because Track produced a girl instead of a boy? Does that make him less manly Sarah?



Or is it because Track and Britta got pregnant out of wedlock and that gives the abstinence only mantra less credibility?

Mercede Johnston opened fire in a vicious attack – telling a men’s maga?zine that the former Alaska governor would suffer a “mental breakdown” if elected president.



Sources say “Mama Grizzly” Sarah be?came so enraged she vowed the Johnston clan would never again see baby Tripp, the out-of-wedlock son of Levi and her daughter Bristol.



But acid-tongued Mer?cede – who posed nude in “Playboy” – charged that Bristol’s pregnancy “wasn’t an accident. She and Levi planned it. They were trying to con?ceive for months.”



Protective Palin reacted in a fury – denouncing Mercede as “a little whore,” her entire family as “trailer trash” and Mercede’s mother as “a drug dealer,” say sources.



The former Gov. was referring to Levi and Mercede’s mom Sherry Johnston who’s still serving 3 years house arrest following her 2009 conviction for selling “hillbilly heroin” Oxycontin.

A while back I wrote a post about the possibility that Sherry Johnston was the mother of Trig Palin. You can read it here. Anyway the reason I wondered that is because Mercede has referred to Trig as her baby brother which is odd because Trig would be the son of her brother's girlfriend's mother.



I'm also wondering if Trig could be Keith Johnston's son, which would be another reason that Mercede Johnston referred to Trig as her baby brother. If Keith is the father of Trig, who is the mother?

Sarah possibly. She has been known to cheat on Todd in the past. Someone commented on Mercede's blog that her dad and Sarah would be going down.

Of course there is always Bristol, which would be statutory rape. Sickening I know.

Levi Johnston’s sister Mercede sat down with Playboy and revealed some scandalous new claims about drug usage in the Palin family and why Sarah could never be president!

Sarah Palin‘s presidential ambitions may have hit a major snag now that Mercede Johnston, the sister of Bristol Palin‘s former boyfriend Levi Johnston, has revealed some pretty scathing details about the family – including that multiple family members may have done cocaine!





Mercede tells Playboy of Sarah’s eldest son Track, “He would do a lot drugs. He did OxyContin but mostly cocaine. He didn’t choose to go into the army; he went there because his mom made him, to get him out of the way…” Track did ship out during his mother’s campaign, though it is uncertain when exactly he enlisted.



He may not be the only fan of the drug either as, the interviewer writes; “Someone trying to get my attention makes the incredible claim to have snorted coke with [Sarah] at the Mug Shot (a local bar) and points to the very spot on the bar where said lines were cut up.” This is, of course, to be taken with a grain of salt.



Mercede also labels Bristol as a thief, among other things. When asked what Bristol is into, Mercede says; “stealing her parents credit cards to order clothes. Literally. And chasing after men and partying.”



Mercede goes on to say that she could bring any number of men to meet the interviewer and have them show some of the nude pics Bristol has sent them.

Was it an accident or murder?



I'm going to revisit a post I written earlier.



The crash report states this:



The pilot departed his residence at a private lake in a float-equipped airplane to transport passengers to another remote lake. Prior to his departure, the airplane was fueled by the pilot from a 1,000 gallon metal tank located on his lake property. During the fueling process, the metal tank's fuel supply was exhausted, but sufficient fuel was obtained to fill one fuel tank, and nearly fill the other. Before departing for the day, the pilot purchased 15 gallons of additional fuel at a nearby airport and placed 5 gallons of the additional fuel in the airplane fuel tanks. He then conducted two round-trip flights to the remote lake. After a day of fishing at the remote lake, the pilot flew to his residence, and added 10 gallons of additional fuel to the airplane. Two empty five gallon fuel cans were found at his dock. He then departed on the accident flight to pick up additional passengers from the remote lake, but he did not arrive at his destination. The airplane was located inverted in an area of tall trees. The airplane flaps were extended full down. The engine did not appear to be running at the time of the accident. The airplane's fuel totalizer indicated 29 gallons of fuel. A postaccident examination of the engine found no mechanical malfunctions. Minor wrinkles were found along the bottom of each of the airplane's fuel bladders. The gascolator contained about a teaspoon of water and particulate contamination. The header tank had about an ounce of fuel and water. The fuel pump contained no fuel. Evidence of tan-colored particulate contamination was found in a fluid sample obtained from the fuel filter housing, attached to the pilot's fuel tank hand pump on his fuel tank.



The National Transportation Safety Board determines the probable cause(s) of this accident as follows:



A loss of engine power during cruise flight due to fuel system contamination with water, and the pilot's inadequate preflight procedures. A factor in the accident was unsuitable terrain for a forced landing."



However Curtis and Sarah had a big fight a few weeks before the crash. Curtis was always careful about fuel contamination. Sarah had been to his residence many times and knew the lay of the property. Hmmm.

Malia Litman's ethics complaint regarding Sarah Palin's Alaska is dismissed

Alaska officials have dismissed an ethics complaint filed against former Gov. Sarah Palin that alleged she violated state law because the TLC docu-series "Sarah Palin's Alaska" took advantage of a state film production incentives program she signed into law.


Malia Litman of Dallas filed the complaint in June with Alaska Attorney General John Burns. Litman also alleged Palin benefited from the production of the eight-part series in violation of a two-year moratorium that bars former officials from being compensated for assisting others in dealing with the state.

Palin resigned in July 2009, with 17 months left in her first term, citing in part ethics complaints she called frivolous. Her resignation came less than one year after she was tapped as the Republican vice presidential nominee. She is now publicly mulling whether to seek the presidency in the 2012 election.

Litman, 53, said she received the dismissal letter in the mail Tuesday. She said she is a retired trial lawyer and had thought the complaint was obviously warranted.

"I'm shocked," she said Wednesday in a phone interview. "I think it's so clear that she violated the law."


Palin's attorney, John Tiemessen, did not provide immediate comment.

Palin's reality show was produced through Santa Monica, Calif.-based Jean Worldwide by Mark Burnett of "Survivor" reality TV show fame. Palin is credited in Internet Movie Database as an executive producer on three episodes.

The series was among productions that tapped Alaska's new film production incentives program. Producers received a tax credit of nearly $1.2 million after spending about $3.6 million in the state, according to Alaska Film Office documents.

The documentary series attracted an average of more than 3 million viewers per episode and debuted with an audience of nearly 5 million people -- a record premiere for TLC. It concluded in early January.

The dismissal letter to Litman said there's no basis for her grievance.

"You have not alleged any specific action by Ms. Palin to assist Jean Worldwide in applying for the tax credit, only that she was involved in and compensated for making the film," the letter states. "The action of signing the general legislation passed by the Alaska Legislature into law as governor does not bar Ms. Palin from working for a person who operates under that state law."

As for the post-state employment allegation, the letter written by senior Assistant Attorney General Judy Bockmon acknowledged Alaska lawmakers amended state law to include work on legislation. However, there "was no suggestion that in doing so the legislature intended to change its original intent that the post-state employment bar be narrowly construed," Bockmon wrote.

That means it does not apply in every case, she wrote, but only to employment connected to the "same" matter a former official participated on during state service. Any new, future work is treated as a new matter.

Palin reportedly was seeking as much as $1.5 million per episode in pitching the show last year, according to The Hollywood Reporter. TLC, a division of Discovery Communications, has refused to divulge how much Palin was paid.

This proves that Palin still has friends in high places in AK, even though she is now living in Arizona.

Sarah Palin still does not get it

For starters, it was George Bush who signed TARP into law. He made this mess not Obama. 99.9% of people agree the debt ceiling should be raised. The reason the Republicans do not want to raise the debt ceiling is in order to impeach Obama since he does not get blow jobs from interns.

If you had to choose between Sarah Palin and Michelle Bachmann who would it be?

This is a very tough question. I've been over exposed to Sarah for too long, but I know Michele pretty well since she is from my state. They are so much alike.

They both hate President Obama. Both have questioned his patriotism and associations.

They rail against government spending but have no problem accepting government money. Sarah for the Bridge to Nowhere and billing the state of Alaska for nights spent in her home. Michele for accept subsidies for her farm and her husband accepting medicaid payments for his anti-gay clinic.

They are anti-choice

They do not believe in global warming.

Both their pastors have said controversial things.

They had to get notes from their Doctors saying they were healthy enough to run for president, instead of actual medical records.

They are both anti-gay.

They both say stupid things.

They do not know their history.

Sarah officially resigned two years ago today

Trig Palin is not retarded

But Sarah and Bristol are.

We all know Trig has Down Syndrome which will affect his ability to learn skills. No shame in that, but that does not make him retarded in my opinion. A retard is someone who does not have a learning disability and has at least an average IQ but makes repeated mistakes and never learns from them.

Sarah does not know when to keep her mouth shut, for example after the Tucson shooting. Roger Ailes told her to lie low for a while, but she produced that infamous blood libel video.

She got Paul Revere mixed up saying he warned the British, and when confronted with that fact, she still insisted she was right.

Her political ideology is wrong. Conservatism does not work and never will.

Bristol is also retarded. She actually thinks she can get away with grifting and disparaging her baby daddy. She also thinks its OK to lie and no one will call her out on it.

After listening to the President’s press conference today, let’s keep in mind the following:

This is the same president who proposed an absurdly irresponsible budget that would increase our debt by trillions of dollars, and whose party failed to even put forward a budget in over 800 days! This is the same president who is pushing our country to the brink because of his reckless spending on things like the nearly trillion dollar “stimulus” boondoggle. This is the same president who ignored his own debt commission’s recommendations and demonized the voices of fiscal sanity who proposed responsible plans to reform our entitlement programs and rein in our dangerous debt trajectory. This is the same president who wanted to push through an increase in the debt ceiling that didn’t include any cuts in government spending! This is the same president who wants to slam Americans with tax hikes to cover his reckless spending, but has threatened to veto a bill proposing a balanced budget amendment. This is the same president who hasn’t put forward a responsible plan himself, but has rejected reasonable proposals that would tackle our debt. This is the same president who still refuses to understand that the American electorate rejected his big government agenda last November. As I said in Madison, Wisconsin, at the Tax Day Tea Party rally, “We don’t want it. We can’t afford it. And we are unwilling to pay for it.”

Now the President is outraged because the GOP House leadership called his bluff and ended discussions with him because they deemed him an obstruction to any real solution to the debt crisis.

He has been deemed a lame duck president. And he is angry now because he is being treated as such.

His foreign policy strategy has been described as “leading from behind.” Well, that’s his domestic policy strategy as well. Why should he be surprised that he’s been left behind in the negotiations when he’s been leading from behind on this debt crisis?

Thank you, GOP House leaders. Please don’t get wobbly on us now.

Let me correct some things here, there has been a budget deficit since 2001, the year George Dumbya Bush took over, not 800 days. We had a budget surplus during most of the Clinton administration and Bush wiped it out in less than a year. Bush also raised the debt ceiling 7 times

Bush also promised to pay off the debt, which he never did. And he cut taxes for the wealthiest Americans.

Saint Ronald Reagan raised it 18 times.

Bill Clinton? Four times

The tax raises President Obama wants is for the people making over $250,000 a year. That is about 2% of the population.

If anyone here is a lame duck, it's John Boehner and Eric Cantor. Also the rest of the Republican lawmakers who say no to every proposal the President makes.

Paris Hilton the new Sarah Palin?

Ask Paris Hilton if her "celebrity moment" is over in the interview, and she just might walk out on you.

ABC News' Dan Harris did just that when speaking with Hilton at her Los Angeles home this week. He inquired if Hilton was concerned about other famous-for-being-famous celebs like Kim Kardashian eclipsing her own stardom - that would be a "no," she said - or if she was concerned about reports that the ratings for her reality show, "The World According to Paris," were low (she's not worried about that, either).

But when Harris asked Hilton if she worries that her celebrity "moment [has] passed," Hilton paused, gives a little laugh and a stiff smirk before walking away to speak with her publicist, Harris says in a clip from the interview.

After what Harris calls a "long, heated" conversation, Hilton returned to continue - after some "cajoling," according to ABC News - the interview.

Now 30, Hilton explains, "I've been in the business for 15 years now, so it's been a very long time. Just like any other business person or someone in the industry, it's always important to reinvent yourself and come up with new projects."

By the end of the interview, though, Hilton seemed more relaxed, and hugged Harris as he departed.

Sarah Palin-sexual abuse victim?

I certainly hope not, but by observing her actions and words, you have to wonder.

Sarah uses a lot of sexual innuendo. Accuses President Obama of not having the cojones to deal with immigration. Cojones is Spanish for testicles, or balls.

When David Letterman made a joke about Willow, Sarah got all pissed off about it and called him a pervert.

Joe McGinniss moves in next door to write his book on Sarah, she freaks out and accuses him of trying to look into her bedroom window.

She also called reporters limp, impotent, and gutless when they actually had the "cojones" to report criticism of her. Impotent if of course when a man cannot get aroused.

In a Vanity Fair article Sarah is quoted while getting ready for a city council meeting that she is going to wear her push up bra tonight so she can get what she wants.

She also accused Shawn Christy and others of wanting to rape her daughters.

On many occasions she has dresses very provocatively.

Yet she did pose the same way for Runner's World. Did she think that was sexist?

Victims of sexual abuse are more likely to engage in sexual behaviors like promiscuity, sexual innuendo, and dressing provocatively. They also have low self esteem. Sarah has had multiple sexual relationships with Brad Hanson and Curtis Menard and she definitely has low self esteem.

Another interesting thing is her relationship with her father, Chuck Heath. He seems like a predator. He bought a shirt that said "Coldest State, Hottest Governor". What kind of father does that? My dad didn't even like me wearing Co Ed Naked T-Shirts when I was in high school and college.

He also made a comment about kids losing their underwear? Ewww!

And in Sarah Palin's Alaska he showed unusual interest in Kate's daughters.

One other aspect about Sarah is she shows callousness towards other sexual abuse victims, like making rape victims pay for their rape kits:

One of the reasons Sarah fired Walt Monegan as Public Safety Commissioner was over the budget. He wanted more funding to fight sexual abuse and going after rapists. Sarah said no. The other reason is obvious, he would not fire Mike Wooten.

I don't know if Sarah is a sexual abuse victim, nor is it anyone's business, but if she did she needs HELP!

The Undefeated didn't do so good on opening weekend

A bit of an underwhelming launch for Undefeated, the Sarah Palin campaign ad that averaged $2870 per screen yesterday or about 287 people a day per screen or about 60 people per screening. Other better indies did worse… but none had the marketing might of FoxNews behind them.

You would think it would gross more since FOX News and Rush Limbaugh gave free advertising for it.

Casey Anthony gets out of jail today

As you all know Casey Anthony was found not guilty of killing her daughter Caylee, but was found guilty on four counts of lying to police etc.  She got credit for time served and good behavior so she gets out today which is bullshit but that's another story.

Someone on the Immoral Minority commented that Casey and Sarah are a lot alike.    I have to agree they are.

Both are neglectful mothers
Both have a sense of entitlement
Both are proven liars
Both are criminals
